Return & Exchange Policy

🟢 After Delivery

  Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the courier leaves, except for hidden manufacturing defects.

🕐 Reporting Deadline

  Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

📦 Product Condition

  • Must be in original condition and unused.
  • Must be returned with full original packaging.

🔁 Process

First step – Exchange: A new replacement will be provided with the same specifications.

Return is accepted only if:

  • The replacement item is unavailable.
  • The same defect reoccurs after exchange.
  • The return will be free of charge for the customer.

  • Please inspect the product upon delivery before signing.
  • If any visible issue is found, reject the order immediately.
  • This policy is designed to protect both parties and ensure product quality.
