At Sa7ara, we are committed to delivering products that match the requested specifications and meet our quality standards.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and checking its condition before making payment.

If you notice any visible damage or issue, you may refuse the order immediately before making payment.

🔄 When Is a Return Accepted?

A return may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The replacement product is unavailable.
  • The same defect occurs again after replacement.
  • Other cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed and a return is deemed necessary.

When a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, Sa7ara will cover the return and replacement costs in full.

📦 Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect the product and make sure that:

    • The size and specifications match your order.
    • The fabric and finishing are in good condition.
    • There is no visible damage or defect.

    If you notice any visible defect or issue upon delivery, please refuse the order before the courier leaves.

🔧 Manufacturing Defects Not Visible Upon Delivery

If a manufacturing defect that was not visible at the time of delivery appears after receiving the product, please contact Sa7ara Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide details of the issue, including photos or videos when required.

After reviewing the case and confirming the manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced with a new product of the same specifications.

📌 Return & Exchange Conditions

  • The product should remain in its original condition as much as reasonably possible.
  • The product must not have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The product’s components and original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
  • Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or simply not wanting the product after delivery are not covered unless one of the cases mentioned in this policy applies.
